Elite Lucky Gamers Ltd ("the Company") – Dormant

Written on the 1st of January 2019 - Published publicly on the 18th of February 2019
Hello, loyal users of Elite Lucky Gamers Ltd,

Thank you for taking the time to read this post, I hope you are all doing well.

This is a letter written personally by the Director of Elite Lucky Gamers Ltd, Darius Mohammadi, informing all of our amazing users that Elite Lucky Gamers Ltd is, unfortunately, a dormant company and is no longer trading worldwide, both online and offline.

I know this may not be something you wanted to hear, however, I cannot continue running the business. It's been a great journey and I cannot thank any of you enough for all the support and time most of you have put into the company. All of us here loved having you with us and it really breaks all of our hearts to write this letter.

When I built this company, I had the very strong aspiration of providing both the B2B and B2C industries

with a better experience relating to the retail sector.

For the B2B industry, I attempted to do this by assisting Online Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with advice on what companies they should work with and on what e-commerce site they should sell their products on. We also assisted companies by reviewing and testing their products and services privately (reviews were not posted online). We have assisted hundreds, if not thousands of SMEs worldwide, in particular, Chinese companies which covered 90% of our user base. These are just three examples out of all the other ways we supported these SMEs for free.

For the B2C industry, I attempted to do this by helping consumers make logical choices with what products and/or services they should purchase or use for whatever purpose they required. This is just one example of many ways we also supported the B2C industry.

I'm afraid I and the company can no longer continue running such services except our reviewing service which will continue free of charge.

The community behind Elite Lucky Gamers Ltd are a wonderful, diverse and a beautiful bunch of people. I couldn't have dreamt of being supported and meeting all the extraordinary people from the community behind the company. Honestly, they're the only reason why Elite Lucky Gamers Ltd managed to become a company in 2017.

If you didn't know, before Elite Lucky Gamers Ltd became a company, it was a large community of people with various interests coming from all over the world. The community was created in 2009 and is still flourishing and running to this date. Words cannot describe how much I love everyone in the community and how much I appreciate everything they've done for me and the company. Whilst not all members did something, even their presence is more than enough for me to proudly and honestly say that they're amazing, every single one of them.

We (the company and the community) have done many charitable works, for example:

NHS Blood & Transplant: We worked with NHSBT to raise awareness for Blood donation and Organ donation within the United Kingdom.

We did this by:

  • Giving out leaflets to people in London, England.

  • Sending packs of NHSBT merchandise & leaflets to volunteers within our Community that reside within the United Kingdom so that they could also give out leaflets to people within their workplaces, schools and colleges which helped both us and NHSBT extend our reach.

  • Doing small awareness campaigns within colleges and workspaces.

  • Asking some colleges and organisations if they could put leaflet holders with leaflets inside of them by their entrance and put up small NHSBT posters within their building(s).

These are just a few examples out of many other works we've done.

St. John Ambulance: We informed members in our community how they could volunteer and open great opportunities in the future within their lives.

Samaritans: We've worked with Samaritans to help educate our employees and volunteers within our community on how they could help their friends, our members, and their family members if they've spotted and noticed that something isn't right and that they may be suffering. Due to our work with Samaritans, we were able to assist hundreds of our members that were going through difficult times. Several times, we were also able to save people's lives.

NHS: We've helped the NHS raise awareness within our community about the dangers around smoking, alcohol abuse, underage drinking, using recreational drugs, self-harm and much more. We've been able to help members within our community and educate them about the dangers around the subjects mentioned above. Several times, we've also helped members suffering from addiction to get help from their NHS GP.

These are just some out of many, many other works we've done.

If I could tell you all everything we've all accomplished together, the site's host, Wix, would most likely run out of storage space.

Our partners have also supported us a lot throughout the journey of the company, I cannot thank the relevant companies involved with the creation of the company enough for everything they've done for us.

I'd like to remind you all that the company is still active on Companies House.

I'm happy to say however even though the company is now dormant, this does not mean the company itself is shutting down. The only thing that is changing is that the company is no longer trading, hence it's dormancy. This does, in fact, mean that the Community will remain unaffected and will continue flourishing.

In regards to our charitable work, I have many plans with the organisations I'm currently working with. Our charitable work isn't going to stop!

I hope you all understand why the company is becoming dormant and why it'll no longer trade.

Any departments and services that involved monetary compensation will be closed and discontinued. Please expect them to vanish off of our main website and any other sites in the near future.

Elite Lucky Gamers Ltd shall always live on, the community shall always flourish and shall all of us always save lives.

If you're wondering what I'll be doing within and outside of the company, I'm currently working on my aspiration of becoming a paramedic for the London Ambulance Service. I am currently volunteering within Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, St. John Ambulance and NHS Blood & Transplant.

You can keep in touch and carry on viewing my progress within these organisations as well as becoming a paramedic on Linkedin

Please do remember that not all sites may reflect on the current changes within the company immediately. Please do allow us some time to update and inform the relevant organisations about the dormancy of the company. We are working very hard to reflect these changes on all platforms as quickly as we can.

This does not mean goodbye! The site, email addresses, contact number, social media pages and the community will always remain active and running. You can always contact us.

I hope to continue seeing all of your beautiful faces again in the near future, we will always love every single one of you.

Yours always,

Darius Mohammadi, Director of Elite Lucky Gamers Ltd. & Your friends at Elite Lucky Gamers Ltd. 💙

(Of course I wouldn't forget about that signature blue heart our community always use, but, do you know what else I wouldn't forget? BLOBS! BLOBS FOR LIFE.)
